Dolphin Capital Management Ltd is a leading asset management company in Nigeria. Our focus on the real estate sector is driven by two primary goals: to deploy private investment that will help bridge the yearning gap in housing supply in Nigeria and to provide the platform for institutions and HNIs to diversify investment and reap bountiful returns that real estate promises.
Beyond real estate investments, Dolphin Capital Management Ltd also offers a range of innovative investment products for both individual and institutional investors. We are able to offer this variety of choices to our clientele by leveraging on relationship with partners in financial services, Infotech, commercial farming and other high growth, high yield ventures in and outside Nigeria.
We have a track record for managing assets across these sectors. Our clientele base is also as diverse comprising of retail investors, high networth individuals, large and mid-sized corporates. Total asset under our management, comprising of largely private funds/portfolios is in excess of N10 billion.
