In the course of his career, He undertook assignments and participated in projects requiring the application of professional skills and competencies. He has led teams in mergers and acquisitions, supervised structured projects, and facilitated multilateral funding of projects in critical sectors of the economy.

In 1999, Agwoje served in the committee assembled by the then Minister of Science and Technology to develop the framework for the Nigerian Satellite Project. Prior to this period, in 1996, He served in the Committee jointly set up by the Rivers and Bayelsa States Governments on Privatization of government institutions.

In the past 15 years, Agwoje has been in private business and within this period, he has founded enterprising businesses and sits on the board of many.  His businesses cut across sectors including investment banking, asset management, real estate investment, and securities trading.

Agwoje is the founder of Equator Microfinance Bank, a leading state MFB in Bayelsa State, Nigeria, ECL Energy Ltd., an integrated oil trading and servicing company, and Dolphin Trading, a property trading company.

He has been involved in the processes of establishing financial institutions either for himself or as a consultant to investor groups who are eager to tap into his vast experience on both the operating and the regulatory side of financial services.

Agwoje holds a B.Sc in Economics from the University of Port Harcourt and an M.Sc Economics, University of Benin.  He has attended many courses domestically and internationally, including the Senior Management Programme and the Owner Manager Programme of the Lagos Business School.

He eventually left Sterling Bank in 2017 to set up and manage Moneytrust Microfinance bank on behalf of the promoters.

Ikechukwu Ikeji has proven experience in deploying human and material resources to increase market share, balance sheet, and overall business profitability. He has a consistent record of achievements of set financial and non-financial objectives within his areas of responsibilities

Ikechukwu had his secondary education at Western Boys High School in Benin City, Edo State, where he obtained his WASC (O’ level). He also holds a B.Sc. in Management and an MBA in Marketing both from the University of Nigeria, Enugu Campus. He also holds the Microfinance Banking Professional Certification.

Ikechukwu is married with children.

Before going into the real estate industry, Emmanuel Mok has a brief stint in the Investment and Asset Management sector where he acquired useful experience in money management and business strategy.

He is the Chief Executive Officer of MOK Group of Companies, a wholly owned Nigerian company with interest in real estate, construction, investment consulting, cleaning, environmental management, and construction accessories manufacturing.

Emmanuel Mok is vast in public affairs and his regular contribution to national issues has helped in shaping public policy in Nigeria.  He possesses a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Benin and has attended multiple training courses in management and real estate investment.

He is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of The Pocadots Company Ltd, an environmental management company that specializes in landscaping and horticultural services.  Emeka’s The Pocadots Company won the maiden edition of the YOUWIN programme for young and innovative entrepreneurs in Nigeria in 2012.

Emeka holds a Bachelors’ Degree in Mass Communication from University of Benin and was the best graduating student in his time.  He also possesses an MBA graduate degree from the University of Bath, United Kingdom specializing in corporate strategy and social responsibility.

A versatile professional, Emeka belongs to many professional bodies including The Nigerian Institute of Management (Chartered). Chartered Institute of Management Consultants, the Nigerian Institute of Public Relations, and the Advertising Practitioners Council of Nigeria.

Omosefe is a product of Ivy League schools having graduated at the undergraduate level in History and Politics at the University of York and obtained M.Sc Development Studies from the London School of Economics and Political Science both in the United Kingdom.
